While it is available electronically on Kindle, because I am concerned about how well the hundreds of matrices and other illustrations appear on smaller page sizes there (9 x 6.5 inches) vs. printed copies (11 x 8.5 inches), I strongly recommend that you purchase the larger soft or hard cover editions with updated Table of Contents. The printed version of this book is 342 pages while the electronic version is 486 pages. I have not yet made an effort to reflect the 486-page electronic version of the book on the Table of Contents.
Be aware that Vladimir Putin started to read my book on December 14, 2025. While that did not make this book (published on the next day), the matrix and the slaughter of Jews in Australia are published on my site at https://roffmanmarsresearch.com/?page_id=14014. Because of what I show that the Code reveals about Putin, his presence here is likely to represent a mortal threat to my life, however, as a (retired) U.S. military man with 34 years of service in our Navy and Coast Guard, I regard his threat as part of the cost of doing business in a dangerous world. Whatever my future may be, I have seen glimpses of it. I may not live to see it, but I have reason to believe that I will succeed.

This work gives the true history of our planet and Mars. Putin is a traitor and a reptilian who started the war against Ukraine so he could destroy much of the Russian Army. Both American liberal and Russian communists who work to weaken the military of their states, in general, do so to facilitate the downfall of their nations to the same, very hostile, invading alien force. The Torah Code was written, in large part, to warn our computer-savvy nations of the threat to their survival and the survival of the rest of our world.
God, Aliens or Artificial Intelligence, Who Wrote the Torah Code evaluates compelling evidence that our world’s history was largely foretold in accordance with an Equidistant Letter Sequence (ELS) Code embedded in the original (Hebrew) first five books of the Bible (Torah). The study described was originally limited to a father and son (Dr. David A. Roffman) effort to make sense of Martian meteorology as described via NASA weather data and Martian photographs available from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). However, our review of the data was not only published by NASA, but it resulted in NASA changing its data to conform with pressures, winds and temperatures that my son and I claimed would be more consistent with the portrait of Mars painted by NASA. They also were tracked and recorded changing lander weather results to back precisely what we were saying. It soon became apparent that NASA Mars weather reported was based entirely on what originated not on Mars, but on my home computer. Plainly stated, the conclusion of Mars Correct, Critique of All NASA Mars Weather Data was that NASA was conducting an enormous hoax. It was obvious that Mars is far more hospitable than what our government was willing to tell us. But why would they lie about Mars?
It would seem like a long way to go from studying Mars to Hebrew in the Torah, but when Michael Drosnin published The Bible Code in 1997, he alleged that the entire history of mankind was pre-recorded in Torah. His math skills were not strong enough to prove it, but my son and I had enough ability to test whether Torah Code matrices were mathematically significant or not. Over the next 28 years I found and published on Arkcode.com, and then RoffmanMarsResearch.com thousands of such predictive matrices. While (as a Coast Guard officer) I originally started to study the Code to learn if it had actionable military intelligence, eventually I learned how to find almost everyone of great fame. Against great odds, they were often encoded with their acts. But it was not until Obama came into power when I began to look for patterns of disloyalty in our government. Further, in a world torn apart by religious bickering, what emerged from the Code was a strong warning that the false interpretations of widely divergent religious doctrines could lead to not only the destruction of humanity, but our replacement by other, extraterrestrial species that are not only here, but who disguised themselves well enough to occupy the highest positions in our government. I might have been stuck with conjecture, but I was lucky enough to have an uncle (Eugene), who shortly before he died, gave me evidence that he back-engineered crashed UFOs. This was followed by an invitation from the Journal of Astrobiology and Space Science Reviews for David and I to review an article by R. Joseph et al. entitled Evidence of Life on Mars? In a final bit of good fortune, on January 26, 2020 I received an email from a man named Craig (in British Columbia, Canada) inviting me to fly (at his expense) there from Florida to examine what he claimed was the world’s only pristine alien embryo (found in a 27-pound meteorite). This was just as the COVID-19 pandemic was taking off in America. I passed on the free trip because I didn’t want to bring COVID home, but I established a very close working relationship with Craig because, as I describe in Chapter 5, he was claiming to have more than an alien embryo. He was claiming to be an alien himself, and he had some evidence to back that up. More, Chapter 6 documents over a year of emails between us and scientists who were studying his meteorite. Sadly, my investigation also turned up evidence that Craig’s meteorite was the source of COVID-19, and that Craig played a role in delivering it to the Chinese Army via the Center of Infectious Disease Control in Tianjin, China.
The cover of my book was actually predicted in the Codes although I did not find it until after I had finished designing the cover. The matrix on the left below is the new find with the axis term a 9-letter transliteration of BARRY ROFFMAN. I am in my military uniform. The word MILITARY at skip +1 touches the first letter of my name. I am shown at sea. THE SEA is shown between myself and the (Gray) alien. MARS is the subject of two chapters in the book. A transliteration of MARS is at the same absolute skip of my name. The matrix describes a BOOK, and the word BOOK at skip +1 runs into and shares a letter resh in MARS. The book discusses a possible WAR with ETs and by Reptilians against other worlds. WAR is in the open text (skip +1) touching THE SEA. It is widely believed that there are alien bases on the sea floor. Objects seen rising out of the ocean or plunging into it are generally called USOs (unidentified submerged objects). I served on the aircraft carrier Franklin Roosevelt in 1976. While I was on the ship they were still talking about USOs that buzzed the ship on September 13, 20 and 21, 1952 and on October 2, 1962, There was a video about this at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jV9gdEC2EeE. Normally this kind of information is removed from the internet. The word ENEMY is also on the matrix at skip -1. All this is found in a matrix that is only 7 columns by 32 rows (224 letters) which is a very small area to find so many terms.

Including finding my name as the axis term, the cover was found in the Codes against odds of about 74,673,892 to 1. It may be argued that this find is an endorsement of the book by the Author of the Code.
