There is one nation that stands out as evil above all others. It is the greatest source of terrorism on Earth. I speak, of course, of Iran. And yet not all Iranians are are evil. When President Trump started the war against Iran in 2026 somewhere around 52,000 Iranians stepped forward and offered to topple the dictatorship. But President Trump did not fulfill his promise, and they perished in the revolution because they did not receive the weapons needed to fight.
Figure 1 above: The axis term is URANIUM. A requirement to go any further was that the matrix must also have an ELS of IRAN at a special case skip +/- 1 or at the absolute skip of URANIUM. This requirement was fulfilled at skip +2,735 for both URANIUM and IRAN. However, just to emphasize that this was not a meeting by accident, the matrix Author put three other terms at the same skip – DUST, ENEMY and UFO. DUST is important because Iran’s URANIUM DUST is buried underground, but IRAN is trying to retrieve it for use against its two primary ENEMIES – the U.S. and Israel. They want the DUST to make NUKES. Again, the Author shows His Hand. The word DUST at skip +2,735 intersects and shares a letter Kuf with NUKE at skip +1. It only takes 5 letters to show both 3-letter words. Likewise there is a similar meeting of 4-letter words ENEMY at skip +2,735 and PRESIDENT at skip +1. It takes just 7 letters to show both terms. Two 5-letter words are on the matrix – WAR in the open text, and SURRENDER at skip -1. While I wanted TRUMP, I had to settle for PRESIDENT; and while I wanted Reptilian, I had to settle for UFO. However, as Figure 2 will show below, A Khamenei is encoded to be a reptilian. It’s one thing to have a single matrix of interest, however the Author seems to lay out lifespans of its subjects with overlapping matrices to tell the full stories. That’s one reason why my book had grown to 433 pages by the 4th Edition, and it’s why I post new mtarices about twicc per week since the book was published. It is clear to me that the Author has a distinct personality, which greatly simplies my selection of the first terms to search for on a matrix.
The spreadsheet for Figure 1 is as follows: Odds against finding this matrix were almost 2.5 billion to 1. The most significant term found was SURRENDER which is was found at a special case skip against odds of about 231 to 1. In second place was IRAN, found this way against odds of about 115 to 1. NUKE was seen at skip +1 against odds of about 17 to 1, and WAR at skip +1 against odds of about 13.3 to 1. Column H lists all the odds against terms encoded.
In winning the propaganda war it is vital to explain that A. KHAMENEI was not just another crazy Muslim. Rather, he found it so easy to slaughter tens of thousands of Iranians because he is not human himself. Rather, he is a REPTILIAN and they are known to eat people they way we consume cattle. Anyone who knows this fact but keeps it a secret is aiding and abetting the enemy.
Figure 2 above: A. KHAMENEI is at the same skip as REPTILIAN and REICH. He is encoded as the ENEMY of the USA. The spreadsheet below indicates that odds against the Khamenei matrix are about 3,529,432 to 1. As is normal, the most significant term is REPTILIAN. Odds against it appearing at a special case skip are about 180 to 1.
Figure 3 above: Rubio lies to Congress, claiming in June, 2026 that we won the war because we get to define victory. However, if our purpose was to prevent Iran from finishing its nuclear weapons we failed to achieve that because we did not retrieve the uranium dust (as of at least August 11, 2026). Therefore, if Iran gets its hands on it and subsequently nukes Tel Aviv, New York, Washingtopn and other major cities, that hardly will count as a victory for us. In trying to stop the President from further support of NETANYAHU along with ISRAEL, who are also both on Figure 3 along with NUKE, Rubio is arguing for the destruction of Israel and America, Therefore, while I supported him before I heard his testimony, I no longer do. The axis term has RUBIO IS REPTILIAN. This needs to be checked by X-rays and blood tests.
ODDS AGAINST THE RUBIO IS REPTILIAN MATRIX. Sometimes when quoting the combined probability against a matrix I am uncomfortable with them. This is especially true when there are a lot of terms where their values in Column H of the spreadsheet are less than 2 which means that it was easier to find them than calling a coin toss correctly. On Figure 3 we are talking a bout ISRAEL and CURSOR. ISRAEL is very high frequency, occuring 591 times in Torah. It is not only a major topic of Torah, but it’s even the very last word in Torah. CURSOR, not only has a higher frequency than ISRAEL, but it’s also the only term on the matrix that’s not at a special case skip of +/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term.
For hours I debated with myself about whether to include the 5-letter overlap of RUSSIAN (4 letters) with CHINA (3 letters). The reasosns why I hesitated to include them was that it took the matrix size up from 616 letters to 784 letters and I could not think of anything that Rubio said that directly quoted him supporting Russia or China. Finally, as I was about to delete the overlapping terms, it hit me almost like a lightning bolt as to why the Author (God) included both nations combined as they are on Figure 3. As I have published before on my site and in the Preface of my book. Vladimir Putin is a Reptilian and the Chinese Goverment is also Reptilian. Therefore, Rubio has the same master as Putin and the Chinese.

Figure 4 above. Putin, like Rubio, is encoded as being a Reptilian or serving the Reptilian cause. He started the Ukraine War not to restart to the Soviet Union, but to inflict a massive death toll on the Russian Army. In the U.S. it is usually the Democrats that attract the reptilians. They constantly work to weaken our military. Many Democrats are switching to the Socialist or Communist Party with an open objective of outlawing our War Department. It was not immediately clear to me that Rubio was for ending U.S, military superiority, But when he claimed before Congress in June of 2026 that the war is over and that we won it merely because we have the right to do that even without removing the uranium dust from Iran, then I understood the mind games he is playing with Trump and us. The issue now is whether Trump is smart enough to understand what is being done to America by reptilians that infest politicians in our government. If he does get it, we should expect him to fire Rubio at some point, hopefully before the Iranians nuke New York and other major U.S., Israeli, and allied cities (that’s also encoded for New York).
Figure 5 below – The CHINESE GOVERNMENT is REPTILIAN. As is shown below, it only takes 2 columns and 18 rows (36 letters) to show CHINESE GOVERNMENT at the same absolute skip as REPTILIAN. Odds against this match are about 18,354 to 1. So when we see that Rubio is encoded as a reptilian, and we understand that Putin and the Chinese Government is also encoded this way, we must be very skeptical about Rubio claiming that a war is over when it clearly not, or that it won the war when we have not recovered the uranium dust that was at the focus of Figure 1 above. Further, the Torah Code was written with not just one matrix to understand each major topic, but with multiple related matrices that must correlated with each other. People are complex. The Code deals with this complexity, but because it covers billions of people, and the inhabitants of other worlds too, it leaves us regreting the brevity of our lives. Still, even without the data currently needed to support the accuracy of my assumption, I would hope that we will find that in exchange for devoting our lives to Torah study, we will be rewarded with the time needed to find answers to our most important questions.
The likely reptilian that I know, who uses the name Craig Ebrahimi, has made attempts to get me involved with biological research related to longevity. This is covered in Chapter 6 of my book. But here I go beyond speculation to the hard email record between us over a 6-year period. I have nothing to do with it now, but Figure 6 below was created entirely by Craig in an attempt to involve me in his research. It shows, that even if we wind up on opposite sides of a war, there is a potential to use his longevity research as a price to allow his kind to remain on Earth in areas that we designate.
Figure 6 above: Craig sent me this sign in an attempt to get me to work for his side. While I hope we can avoid a war between our species, this is an enemy that I know how to fight. The American military must not lose sight of this fact. President Trump should learn that I have the tools and knowledge to help him win the likely coming war. But he must also be aware of another enemy: Time. I am 79 years old. Access to Craig’s longevity research may help me to beat it, but not if access means betraying my species.
IS VICE PRESIDENT VANCE ALSO REPTILIAN?
I hate to be a bearer of bad news, but Figure 7 below speaks for itself. As is shown on the spreadsheet after the matrix, odds against this matrix being found are over 25.9 million to 1. For some reason these related matrices are coming to me at a higher frequency than what I have experienced before in my 28 years of Codes research. The combined results are changing some of my prior beliefs and political attitudes. Until July, 2026 I considered myself MAGA, but I was very annoyed by the fact that they write to me at least once per hour, always telling me about meaningless awards I am due, but never, ever indicating that they really know me or what my research is about. Their texts claim to be from President Trump, but the Republican National Committtee (RNC) freely admits when I call them that all these texts come directly from an A.I. (a very dumb A.I.) who quite apparently does not understand a single word that I write. They manage to anger me more with each trash answer they send out. When I tell them to stop and they tell me they will, the next stupid texts arrives on my phone or on my computer a few minutes later, and they never stop.
Over Trump’s three campaigns I have donated approximately $3,000. I did not expect anything in return. At times they substracted money from my checking account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. But in 2026, as I mentioned above, my rate of learning how to employ the Code for military purposes exploded. Until last month I knew that I could find almost every major Democrat encoded as a reptilian. I had no reason to suspect most Republicans, but as a control I decided to see if my last name could be ocated in sequence with REPTILIAN, and then I decided to do likewise with Rubio and Vance. There is a ROFFMAN in sequence with REPTILLIAN, but the matrix is a clear reference to my first cousin who has a history related to back-engineering the ROSWELL UFO. Although he was my most loved family member for almost my entire life, we had a temendous fight when it became apparent to me that he was lying to me about UFOs and he was collaborating with those in power who were running the coverup.
Until my decision to improve my control procedures was made I liked both Rubio and Vance though recent (2026) words by Vance caused me some concern because they sounded anti-Israel and anti-Netanyahu to me. Rubio I supported more, but I had not yet heard about him claiming that the war with Iran was over and we won despite not retreiving the uranium dust. Frankly that message alone disqualifies him from serving the Trump Administration.
When the 4th Edition of my book was published in June, 2026, I did mention that there was a matrix that linked Vance to reptilians, but I didn’t think it was very significant. Now, as I write this on August 12, 2026, I have found much more encoded than what I noticed originally. The matrix is very significant and a real concern. I have found matrices before indicating that we have had two reptilian presidents – Obama and Biden. Vance has been favored to get the 2028 nomination and I am a republican. But before party issues I am an American. Figure 7 has VANCE (is) REPTILIAN at the same skip as a transliteration of HITLER and REICH. NUKE is at skip +1, as it was on Figures 1 and 3 above. The city mentioned on Figure 1 at skip +1 is ROME. Coincidently, while the New Testament is not part of the Jewish Bible, its Book of Revelation points to the Mother of Harlots as being on seven hills, an apparent reference to Rome. An A.I. summary says:
The phrase “Mother of Harlots” refers to the symbolic “Whore of Babylon” described in Revelation 17 of the Bible. Revelation 17:9 specifically notes that her seven heads are “seven hills on which the woman sits”, a direct geographical and cultural allusion to the famous Seven hills of Rome during the time of the Roman Empire. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
The photograph on Figure 7 shows both Vance and Rubio at ceremonies installing a new Pope in Rome in 2019. Both Rubio and Vance are Catholic (Vance converted in 2019).
Figure 7 is above. Its spreadsheet is below. The most seignificant term is HITLER, found at a special case skip against odds of above 221 to 1. Next most significant was ROME, found at skip +1 against odds of about 49 to 1. Chapter 2 of my book shows that the Vatican serves as a Reptilian Headquarters. The reference to NUKE is here against odds of about 16 to 1. It was also on Figure 1 (about Uranium dust) and on Figure 3 based an axis term of RUBIO (is) REPTILIAN. The Vatican signed a Concordat with Hitler in 1933 and it helped Nazi war criminals to escape after World War II via so called ratlines out of Rome. Wikipedia says the following about the ratlines:
The ratlines (German: Rattenlinien) were systems of escape routes used by Nazis and their collaborators to flee Europe from 1945 onwards in the aftermath of World War II. Two primary routes developed independently with their operators eventually collaborating, the first transferring through Spain and the second through Rome and Genoa. Some escapees settled at these locations or used them to flee elsewhere, with the majority settling in Argentina or other South American countries such as Brazil, Chile, and Paraguay.
The ratlines were supported by some clergy of the Catholic Church, such as Austrian bishop Alois Hudal and Croatian priest Krunoslav Draganović, as well as some outlets of the International Committee of the Red Cross. The Nazis paid Argentine officials (starting c. 1943) to shield their agents, bolstering the rise of Juan Perón, whose regime set up additional ratlines through Scandinavia and Switzerland.
A number of significant Nazis and their collaborators escaped, including Schutzstaffel (SS) officers Adolf Eichmann and Josef Mengele, both perpetrators of the Holocaust. Starting in 1947, the United States utilized Draganović’s network and an official at the International Refugee Organization to aid the escape of some Soviet defectors and informants, as well as Gestapoleader Klaus Barbie (who had traded intel with the U.S. Army while being held in Austria).
Figure 7 shows Rubio and Vance at the Vatican. Vance actually converted to Catholicism. Knowling that the Vatican helped Adolf Eichmann, Josef Megele and Klaus Barbie escape, why in the world would a major adult politician choose to convert to the particular religion that worked hardest to enable the Nazis to kill six million Jews including 1,5 million children? The answer has two parts to it. First, the Vatican has always been the primary enemy of the Jews. It’s as true today as it was when they perportrated the Crusades and Inquisition. Second, the Vatican has been tied to the reptilians since the reptilians worked on weapons together with the Nazis before World War II . This is discussed in Len Kasten’s book DARK FLEET.
I just came across a new piece of evidence that appears to back the idea that the ratlines were linked to or run by reptilians: The name Draganovic takes us to Alpha Draconis, home of the Reptilians. This star system, the Pleiades and Orion are or in part are all on the NASA and Space Force flags which have maps showing where other civilizations are located. See Figure 8. See Figure 9 for a quick look at Draganovic.

Draganović is a Serbian and Croatian surname derived from the given name Dragan, which itself stems from the Slavic root “drag,” meaning “dear” or “precious.” The suffix “-ović” is a patronymic, indicating “son of Dragan.” Therefore, Draganović literally translates to “SON OF A DRAGAN.” This common Slavic patronymic suffix is found across many South Slavic languages. Associated names include Draganić and Dragaš.
Several notable individuals bear the surname Draganović. Luka Draganović was a prominent Croatian sculptor known for his modernist works. Ivan Draganović was a distinguished Serbian military officer who served with distinction in the Balkan Wars and World War I.

ROFFMAN COMMENT: It is likely that he was named SON OFA DRAGON because at least one of his parents was Reptilian. Given the Nazi-Reptilian ties that Kasten describes, it was natural that Draganovic would rush to the aid of the most infamous Jew-killers. This love was further expressed when the reptilians confounded Israeli defenses and helped Hamas to carry out the newest holocaust on October 7, 2023. We don’t need an excuse to kill the reptilians, they have already chosen to kill us. We are at war now, even if our leaders (many reptilian) refuse to tell us about it.

ROFFMAN RESPONSE TO VANCE.
1. On the Iran Deal Opposition. Vance wrongly accuses Israel of wanting to keep the military campaign going. I tried to move to Israel twice. The first time I was building a house in Karkom overlooking the Kinnerett (Sea of Galilee) and Jordan River. But dring construction the house was hit by a rocket fired from Lebanon and my efforts came to a halt. At the peak of the conflict following the October 7, 2023 attacks, roughly 60,000 to 80,000 residents were evacuated from northern Israel due to cross-border rocket fire from Hezbollah. This represented about 2.5% to 3.3% of the total population of Israel’s Northern District (which is around 2.4 million people), though it accounted for a much higher localized percentage—nearly the entire population—of the specific frontline towns and kibbutzim directly bordering Lebanon, such as Kiryat Shmona, Metula, and Manara. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] In early 2025 only 20% of those forced to leave in 2023 had returned home. Israelis want peace. Practically all their kids get drafted and many must go into combat. Vance can not seem to comprehend that. Israel has plenty of experience with ending wars too early due to pressure from the U.S., only to see them fought all over again.
2. PUBLIC INFLUENCE CAMPAIGN. Vance complains that Israelis are against him because of his support for diplomatic talks with Iran. In reality, all talks with Iran have always failed and Iran has kept its word on none of them. The Trump Administration promised aid (arms) to Iranian citizens taking to the streets to oppose the Iranian Government. The arms never came, and I heard President Trump state that Iran slaughtered 52,000 of its citizens. That blood is on the hands of the Administration. Most of the American media is strongky against Israel, as is the Democrat Party. Vance seems to imply that Israel has no right to defend its actions in trying to keep from being exterminated. A true bigot sees only wwhat he wants to see.
3. WARNING TO ISRAELI LEADERSHIP. Vance complains that many of the missiles Israel uses to defend itself are made in the U.S. or are paid for by American tax payers. But Israel developed most of the anti-missile defense systems and the U.S. is slow to recognize that Iran is trying to built Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs) that can reach anywhere in the U.S. If American cities are going to be saved from nuclear annihlation it will likely be due to Israeli antimissile development and experience with them successfully intercepting Medium range ballistic missiles. Iran has hit a number of Israeli targets with the technology that they have now. The ICBMs are only being developed by Iran to wipe out America. Vance does not seem to give a damn about that though.
4. Distinction on Policy vs. Hatred. In reality, massive protests against Israeli self defense is always linked to antisemitism. Antizionism always is an excuse to attack Jews. New York should know this by now. Zionism argues that Jews have a right to have a homeland with Jerusalem as its capital. Israel is the only that that has its borders set forth in the Bible. The U.S. Manifest Destiny argues that the U.S. has a similar right, but nowhere in any Bible do we we read about the United States of America, and even if it were there it would be fair to argue for the rights of native Anericans the way antisemites argue for Palestinian rights. As for those rights, at no time in history was there ever a Palestinian nation. Rome, which destroyed the Second Temple in Jerusalem in 70 C.E., called the area Palestine in order to insult the Jews who lived there. In short, Vance has revealed his true nature, and the Torah Code may have gone a lot further by having an ELS saying VANCE (is) REPTILIAN.
A WORD OF HOPE. It does not please me to have to report on what I have found about Rubio or Vance. I supported both of them for years before starting this article. But I will insert one more matrix as Figure 12 that starts as an astounding revelation, but which finishes with the hope of all righteous people.

The most significant term is THE MESSIAH found at skip+1 against odds of about 74 to 1.
The second most significant term is THE MASSACRE which may be a reference to the October 7, 2023 massacre that started the war. Odds against THE MASSACRE are about 30 to 1. WAR is discussed on the matrix. The axis term has R Factor 0.523 which means there was only about 1 chance in 3.53 that it would actually exist in the Code .
