Were unknown entities shot down Russian or ET? 2/19/2023

As of February 19, 2023 the United States has shot down four objects, unidentified flying objects or unidentified flying entities over North America this month. The first was clearly a huge (250-foot tall) Chinese balloon carrying a large payload weighing the equivalent of about three school buses. The next three objects were much smaller but the government was not saying what they were or where they were from. First reports were that two of the objects were shaped like cylinders and were silver to  gray in color. Wreckage looked like it was in pieces and clearly not a  balloon. The 4th object looked like an octagon. Figure 1 looks at the possibility that a Russian or Russian/Alien alliance launched the 2nd, 3rd and 4th entities and whether there is any evidence for a false flag attack designed to get us to blame the wrong enemy.

RUSSIAN UFO ENTITY KIM

Above: Figure 1. The axis term is RUSSIAN ENTITY. As the spreadsheet below indicates, odds against finding these terms in a 760-letter box are over 1.3 million to 1.

RUSSIAN ENTITY with KIM ODDS

Certainly Russia has adequate motivation to want to attack us. The Biden Administration blew up the Russian Nord Stream 2 pipeline and Biden first encouraged Putin to attack Eastern Ukraine, then the next day he changed his mind, likely after Putin gave orders to attack based on Biden’s original position. Having been almost dragged into a very bloody and extended war costing Russia tens of thousands of lives, Biden gave Ukraine at least 27.4 billion in military aid including M-1A Abrams tanks. As such, the first a priori term sought was REVENGE. It is indeed found, at the same skip as RUSSIAN ENTITY and UFO. Odds against REVENGE being at a special case skip are about 37 to 1 while odds against UFO being at a special case skip are about 5 to 1. Can we rule out a false flag attack? No. The word FLAG at skip -1 touches RUSSIAN ENTITY (it’s one row above and one column left of the axis term). However, while I also found a word for FALSEHOOD or FALSE, at skip +71,066 it’s one skip off of the axis term of -71,065.

DID THE RUSSIANS OR CHINESE SHOOT DOWN A UFO IN 2023? On January 3, 2023 a UFO at about 1.5 miles altitude was shot down over the village of Sultan Sala in the Russian Rostov Oblast at approximately 47.36°N , 39.58°E. This was likely involved in the war with Ukraine.  See https://www.newsweek.com/russia-rostov-ufo-object-rostov-drone-1771582.

An alleged space ark is located underground in Oleshky Sands National Nature Park at 46.59° 33.05°E about 15 miles east of Kherson, Ukraine which was the first town in Ukraine that the Russians captured in the 2022 invasion.  See https://baladoquebec.ca/la-chaine-du-savoir-the-knowledge-channel-la-cadena-de-conocimiento-cepochka-znaniy/buried-ukraine-space-ark-in-kherson-activates-so-russia-takes-over. The distance between Sultan Sala and the Kherson Oblast is about 274 nautical miles.

Meanwhile, what’s going on in China? State media in China is reporting a mysterious unidentified flying object (UFO) flying over eastern China’s Shandong Province and is warning people in the area to “stay safe” as officials prepare to shoot it down.  According to The Global Times, an English media outlet run by China, local maritime authorities on Sunday said that they had spotted an unidentified flying object in waters near the coastal city of Rizhao in the province and were preparing to shoot it down, reminding fishermen to be safe via messages. Outside of this Chinese government report, there is no other third-party confirmation of this incident and/or if it is ongoing. See https://weatherboy.com/chinese-military-preparing-to-shoot-down-mysterious-ufo-in-eastern-china/.

As of February 17, 2023  the President could not say for sure what the last three UFOs were that he ordered shot down. He did say, there is nothing right now that suggests that the other three objects are related to China’s spy balloon program or that they were surveillance vehicles from any other country.” He said, “the three aerial objects shot down by U.S. military were most likely tied to private companies, recreation or research institutions,” but he had no wreckage to support that contention.

Frankly, if Biden had to shoot down three entities and they are not from China or any other nation, that sounds like close to a confession that they are alien in nature; but of course somebody had to write a speech for him that denied the alien hypothesis. Never-the-less, if there is an Earthly nation  involved it may be allied with hostile extraterrestrial species. So I looked for ALLIANCE and found it at skip +1 (against odds of about 9 to 1).

If you ask Putin why he invaded Ukraine he will tell you that it was to fight Nazis there. Most non-Russians would likely want to remind him that President Zelinskyy is a Jew, but Zelinskyy is (a) not religious, (b) married to a non-Jew, (c) has two  children, neither of which are Jewish and (d) Ukraine generally votes against Israel in the U.N. I looked for NAZI and found it touching IN THE OIL, but it wasn’t at a special case skip and it had almost a 36% chance to be found this way.

A problem with searching the Code for a list of players who might be allied with Nazi or hostile aliens like the Reptilians, Grays, or Altairians, etc. is that they apparently also have complex political arrangements that serve their own agendas. An enemy could well be allied to us with one issue, and a deadly opponent on another one. When I selection an axis term (first term) to search for I may correctly identify a bunch of a priori key words that were deliberately encoded with it, but miss terms that color the full story on a very different manner. In the end the accuracy of the full conclusion is at least in part related to how much time and effort that I spend analyzing the matrix. This problem could be reversed by someone like Fort Huachuca funding Project Creator Decoder, but, alas, in studying them since 2016 there are two opposite issues involved with how they come across. Our relationship started on a quite a negative page with a threat to put child pornography on my web site and then arrest me for it. I have found several writers who (like Elena Danaan) claim that alien UFOs and or bases are under the Fort. Danaan even claims that child-eating Reptilians are there. But Huachuca has, at times, helped me with my research, and it may be quietly looking for a way to defeat hostile, but technologically superior aliens. If Reptilians (or a race like them) blew up an ancient planet that was located where we now find its remains in the asteroid belt, then extreme caution is needed with any investigation of their action. However, given my age and normal human life expectancy, I cannot afford to remain silent about what I know and what I suspect.

Could Kim Jung Un of North Korea be involved? KIM at skip -1 is centered 1 row below RUSSIAN ENTITY. Odds against him being somewhere on the 760-letter matrix are about 2.53 to 1. However, it only takes 27 letters to show Kim with the axis term. Odds against a match this close are about  56 to 1. Kim loves to show off his ICBMs. The idea that he or an ally could put a potential nuclear bomb right above Malstrom Air Force Base must give him orgasms. A lot of our ICBMs are based there. A nuke detonated  over the base could generate an EMP that would shut down the missiles there. However, this would not be the first time that somebody turned off Malstrom’s missiles. They were shut off by real (ET-type) UFOs on March 16, 1967. The story of that incident (shown below) was published by Robert Salas and Jim Klotz in 1999, however around 2008 my wife and I met a retired Air Force Colonel on the beach in Satellite Beach, Florida who told us that he was station at Malstrom AFB when the incident occurred.

The Malstrom Air Force Base UFO/Missile Incident

This is the story of extraordinary events that happened in 1967 to US Air Force Strategic Air Command Missile Combat Officers and other enlisted personnel; Missileers assigned to operate, maintain, and protect the Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile , an essential part of America’s Cold War strategic nuclear deterrent. This Web page is an abbreviated version of the events of 16 March 1967…. by Jim Klotz and Robert Salas – 27-Nov-1996 Updated – 15-May-2000 – *Robert Salas was on duty in the ECHO-FLIGHT in central Montana, Thursday morning March 16 1967, Captain Eric Carlson and First Lieutenant. Walt Figel, the Echo-Flight Missile Combat Crew, were below ground in the E-Flight Launch Control Center (LCC) or capsule. The Echo Flight LCC was located between Winfred and Hilger, about fifteen miles north of Lewistown.Missile maintenance crews and security teams were camped out at two of the Launch Facilities (LFs), having performed some work during the previous day and stayed there overnight. During the early morning hours, more than one report came in from the security patrols and maintenance crews that they had seen UFOs. A UFO was reported directly above one of the E-Flight (LF) or silos. It turned out that at least one security policeman was so affected by this encounter that he never again returned to missile security duty. Around 8:30 a.m., Figel, the Deputy Crew Commander (DMCCC), was briefing the Carlson, the Crew Commander (MCCC), on the flight status when the alarm horn sounded. One of the Minuteman missiles they supervised had gone off alert (become inoperable) It was one of the two sites where maintenance crews had camped out on site. Upset, thinking that the maintenance personnel had failed to notify him as required by procedure when maintenance work is done on a missile, that the missile was going ‘off-alert’ status, Figel immediately called the missile site. When Figel spoke with the on-site security guard, he reported that they had not yet performed any maintenance that morning. He also stated that a UFO had been hovering over the site. Figel recalls thinking the guard must have been drinking something. However, within seconds, the entire flight of ten ICBMs was down! All of their missiles reported a “No-Go” condition. One by one across the board, each missile had became inoperable. When the checklist procedure had been completed for each missile site, it was discovered that each of the missiles had gone off alert status due to a Guidance and Control (G&C) System fault. Power had not been lost to the sites; the missiles simply were not operational because, for some unexplainable reason, each of their guidance and control systems had malfunctioned. Two Security Alert Teams (SAT, “strike teams”) were dispatched from Echo to those sites where the maintenance crews were present. Figel had not informed the strike teams that one of the on- site guards had reported a UFO. On arrival at the LF’s, the SAT reported back to that UFOs had been seen hovering over each of the two sites by all of the maintenance and security personnel present at each site.Captain Don Crawford’s crew relieved the Echo Flight crew later that morning. Crawford recalls that both Carlson and Figel were still visibly shaken by what had occurred. Crawford also recalled that the maintenance crews worked on the missiles the entire day and late into the night during his shift to bring them all back on alert. Not only had missiles been lost to our deterrent forces, but had remained out of service for an entire day!Because of this unique incident, as an ex-Missileer describes it: “All Hell broke loose!” Among the many calls to and from the E-Flight LCC one was to the MCCC of Oscar-Flight which links to the equally dramatic story of what happened in another LCC that same morning.OSCAR-FLIGHTThe Oscar Flight LCC was located a mile or two south of the town of Roy, about 20 miles southeast of the Echo-Flight LCC.The following is as told by Robert Salas who was the DMCCC in O-Flight that morning:My recollection is that I was on duty as a Deputy Missile Combat Crew Commander below ground in the LCC, during the morning hours of 16 March 1967.Outside, above the subterranean LCC capsule, it was a typical clear, cold Montana night sky; there were a few inches of snow on the ground. Where we were, there were no city lights to detract from the spectacular array of stars, and it was not uncommon to see shooting stars. Montana isn’t called “Big Sky Country” for no reason, and Airmen on duty topside probably spent some of their time outside looking up at the stars. It was one of those airmen who first saw what at first appeared to be a star begin to zig-zag across the sky.  Then he saw another light do the same thing, and this time it was larger and closer. He asked his Flight Security Controller, (FSC, the Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in charge of Launch Control Center site security), to come and take a look. They both stood there watching the lights streak directly above them, stop, change directions at high speed and return overhead. The NCO ran into the building and phoned me at my station in the underground capsule. He reported to me that they had been seeing lights making strange maneuvers over the facility, and that they weren’t aircraft. I replied: “Great. You just keep watching them and let me know if they get any closer.”I did not take this report seriously and directed him to report back if anything more significant happened. At the time, I believed this first call to be a joke. Still, that sort of behavior was definitely out of character for air security policemen whose communications with us were usually very professional.A few minutes later, the security NCO called again. This time he was clearly frightened and was shouting his words:”Sir, there’s one hovering outside the front gate!””One what?””A UFO! It’s just sitting there. We’re all just looking at it. What do you want us to do?””What? What does it look like?””I can’t really describe it. It’s glowing red. What are we supposed to do?””Make sure the site is secure and I’ll phone the Command Post.””Sir, I have to go now, one of the guys just got injured.”Before I could ask about the injury, he was off the line.  I immediately went over to my commander, Lt. Fred Meiwald, who was on a scheduled sleep period .  I woke him and began to brief him about the phone calls and what was going on topside.  In the middle of this conversation, we both heard the first alarm klaxon resound through the confined space of the capsule, and both immediately looked over at the panel of annunciator lights at the Commander’s station.  A ‘No-Go’ light and two red security lights were lit indicating problems at one of our missile sites.  Fred jumped up to query the system to determine the cause of the problem.  Before he could do so, another alarm went off at another site, then another and another simultaneously.  Within the next few seconds, we had lost six to eight missiles to a ‘No-Go’ (inoperable) condition. After reporting this incident to the Command Post, I phoned my security guard. He said that the man who had approached the UFO had not been injured seriously but was being evacuated by helicopter to the base. Once topside, I spoke directly with the security guard about the UFOs. He added that the UFO had a red glow and appeared to be saucer shaped. He repeated that it had been immediately outside the front gate, hovering silently. We sent a security patrol to check our LFs after the shutdown, and they reported sighting another UFO during that patrol. They also lost radio contact with our site immediately after reporting the UFO.When we were relieved by our scheduled replacement crew later that morning. The missiles had still not been brought on line by on-site maintenance teams.Again, UFOs had been sighted by security personnel at or about the time Minuteman Strategic missiles shutdown.THE INVESTIGATIONAn in-depth post incident investigation of the E-Flight incident was undertaken. Full scale on-site and laboratory tests at the Boeing Company’s Seattle plant were conducted.Declassified Strategic Missile Wing documents and interviews with ex-Boeing engineers who conducted tests following the E-Flight Incident investigation confirm that no cause for the missile shutdowns was ever found. Robert Kaminski was the Boeing Company engineering team leader for this investigation. Kaminski stated that after all tests were done, : “There were no significant failures, engineering data or findings that would explain how ten missiles were knocked off alert,” and “…there was no technical explanation that could explain the event.”The most that could be done was to reproduce the effects by introducing a 10 volt pulse onto a data line. Another Boeing Company engineer on the team, Robert Rigert, came up with this pulse that repeated the shutdown effects 80% of the time, but only when directly injected at the logic coupler. No explanation could be found for a source of such a pulse or “noise” occurring in the field and getting inside the shielded missile system equipment.Others on the engineering team checked other possibilities. Lightning and problems in the commercial power system were acquitted as the source of the problem. William Dutton, another Boeing Company engineer, checked commercial power interruptions and transients, and stated: “No anomalies were found in this area.”Several military activities and other engineering firms participated in the investigation, but no positive cause for the shutdowns was ever found. One conclusion was that the only way a pulse or noise could be sent in from outside the shielded system was through an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) from an unknown source. The technology of the day made generating an EMP of sufficient magnitude to enter the shielded system a very difficult proposition, requiring large, heavy, bulky equipment (Roffman: like that hanging from the Chinese balloon shot down on February 4, 2023). The source of the actual pulse that caused the missile shutdowns remains a mystery to this day.

IDENTIFYING THE OCTAGONAL UFO ALLEGEDLY SHOT DOWN OVER LAKE HURON ON FEBRUARY 12, 2023. In Accordance With Elena Danaan and her Guide Of Alien Races: Who Flies Octagonal Spacecraft? The first guess is that they could be the species called AIRK from the Constellation Ophiuchus (they name it Pavo), near Yed Prior.AIRKDanaan writes that there are three planets in their system. Airk can live up to 2000 years. Their height is similar to that of a normal human, they are vegetarian, and are allegedly considered by other races as nice people, peaceful, much respected, and presumably having mystical powers. They have pale skin and big eyes, with a round pupil. No hair, or few on females. Females are slim and their skin is nearly translucent. They wear clothes, very comfortable, it is a sort of silk. They don’t breathe Terra’s (Earth’s) atmosphere and are not interested to settle. They have very good relationship with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, which they are part of, but they do not take part in planetary programs. Four fingers and a thumb. Small very tiny nose. Ears quasi nonexistent, just holes. Sweet smiling people. They never stay long on Terra and do not interact with humans or other species. They mostly use Terra as a stop, to quickly gather something they may need, before they leave to their real destination. They are mostly nocturnal and have been coming to Terra since at least 1000 AD. They do not carry out abductions. Their ships emit a bright orange light and most of them are octagonal.

If  Danaan is right about the Airk exist and they are members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW), we would probably not be too far out of line to assume that the GFW is in contact with our Space Force. Hopefully that would imply notification about the arrival of friendly and hostile spacecraft. While failure to notify us about friendly ETs transiting our world is not good, failure to notify us about hostile ETs transiting Earth is not acceptable. If Danaan is to be believed, the second guess is that the (hostile) species involved flying the octagonal spacecraft is called the Strom from the Stahhah Star System (of six planets) in what we perceive as the Ursa Minor Constellation.

STROM

Strom, Danaan says, are very peaceful invertebrates-coelenterates.

ROFFMAN NOTE: It’s not hard to believe that an intelligent alien could be an invertebrate. Each one would probably be similar to an octopus. But coelenterates have only two cell layers – ectoderm and endoderm. All animal life on Earth above the sponges and jellyfish have a third layer  – mesoderm.

Ectoderm is the outermost layer of cells or tissue of an embryo in early development, or the parts derived from this, which include the epidermis and nerve tissue. Endoderm is the innermost layer of cells or tissue of an embryo in early development, or the parts derived from this, which include the lining of the gut and associated structures.

The claim that Strom are coelenterates would seen to imply that they lack mesoderm which is the middle layer of an embryo in early development, between the endoderm and ectoderm. As organs form on Earth in vertebrates, in a process called organogenesis, mesoderm interacts with endoderm and ectoderm to give rise to the digestive tract, the heart and skeletal muscles, red blood cells, and the tubules of the kidneys, as well as a type of connective tissue called mesenchyme. The general view in UFO literature that emerges of interstellar life capable of space travel is that much of it is humanoid (two eyes for stereoscopic vision, one head, two arms and two legs), some of it actually human with a lot of blonds out there, and a lot of the rest are Gray, Reptilian, or some hybrid combination of them and humans. As a prime activity seems to be creating hybrids it’s reasonable to assume that all of the above have three cells layers.  Therefore, the Strom, if real, would appear to be an exception to the rule. Danaan does discuss other exceptions that seem bizarre, but my point here is that her description of Strom biology casts some doubt on the idea that an F-16 shot down one of their octagonal scout ships.

Danaan continues her description of the Strom:

They are about 6 ft,5 with a big head which look a bit like some of your Terran dog species (nonrelated), and they feed on nutriment liquids and vegetals. Strom have three genders and need the three together to procreate; one is the egg layer, the second the fertilizer and the other one, the bearer. It is something I have been explained and if you wish a bit of exobiology, here is how they do that: pheromones are first generated by the bearer, who feels it is time in its cycle (they have four cycles in a lifetime (of 200 (Terran) years). It searches a couple of the two other components to attract for reproduction and when they have gathered all three together, the pheromones produced by the bearer stimulates the sexual functions of the two other ones, who switch into a chemical reaction activating their genital organs. There is nothing, then, that can stop them and if the process is interrupted, both die rapidly, burnt by the chemical that need to be transmuted by copulation. Once the intercourse has occurred, the chemical is released from their system and the fecundated egg-matrix needs then to be implanted into the bearer. It is then, that the bearer inserts an appendix into the matrix holder to grab the fecundated egg, and ingests it.

I know, disgusting, uh? Welcome to the wonderful biodiversity of this universe. Oh, and after? Well, the bearer ejects the matured specimen by an orifice at the back of its lower body. Do not be horrified, they do enjoy this. There must always be a minimum of enjoyment in any reproduction process; necessary for any species to motivate for survival. Vegetation is of great significance to the Strom culture and the main reason for their visits (at least 200 times on Terra). They first discovered Terra at the end of the last Ice Age and have visited since then mainly to study the flora.
They are discrete and act with extreme caution towards Terrans, which they consider dangerous, violent and devoid of rationality, with a very low level of intelligence and a severe lack of consciousness. In a word: primitive compared to their own level of intelligence. Strom possess twenty colonies across the galaxy. They have octagonal ships.
