This article documents the accidental discovery of a link between a rogue agent of the CIA, the assassination of President Kennedy and proof of UFOs with a description of how they are powered.
On November 22, 1963 President Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. I was a 16-year old high school football player in Philadelphia on that day. I believe that the name of my history teacher then was Mr. Einhorn. I had his class last before I dressed out for the game. By coincidence he was discussing previous presidential assassinations. Just before the bell rang ending school, he made the remark that, “Such a thing could not happen today because we now have the Secret Service to protect the President.” As he finished those words and I walked out of class, someone in the hall yelled that , “President Kennedy has been shot!” I thought it was a joke by someone who had heard Mr. Einhorn, but of course it was not. The gravity of the situation really hit home when, on the bus to the game, I heard someone say that the president’s body was being embalmed.
Fast forward in time. I am now 78 years old. I have, over the years,, written about whether Kennedy was killed because he wanted to tell us the truth about Roswell, but I never dreamed that while cleaning out my drawers of old papers on January 5, 2026 I would find anything that might constitute evidence about what really happened back then and why it did.
TRASH, OR A PIECE OF HISTORY?
The first page of what I found is shown below (the last two pages are given near the end of this article).

While I was smart enough to save the document above when I received it, I did not assign any particular importance to it because the name in the first sentence – JAMES JESUS ANGLETON was unknown to me. The article was only seemed of minor interest because it mentioned the idea of extremely cold high speed rotating superconductors that might be used to produce antigravity. I have written about that before. If Angleton’s name appeared in the middle of the article I would likely have missed it on January 5th, but when it was put on the first two lines of the article it was like a punch on the face. And when I realized what it was being paired with and who sent it to me it was apparent that I might be holding a piece of real history in my hands.
So who was JAMES JESUS ANGLETON? I would have remained clueless had I never read the works of Dr. Michael Salla, Ph. D. In particular I call your attention to the last paragraph on page 216 of Salla’s book, KENNEDY’S LAST STAND: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12, & JFK’s Assassination. The book was published in 2013 by the Exopolitics Institute. It says:
Angleton consequently made the decision to go ahead with the implementation of the Assassination Directive according to the classified instructions he received when the Directive has been entrusted to him by Dulles in late 1961. The Directive had then been approved by the MJ-12-Group to whom Angleton ultimately answered. The Assassination Directive had been written cryptically, thereby insulating the MJ-12 Group from possible blowback in the case of a leak. A seasoned covert operative like Angleton knew its real meaning. It was Angleton who gave the orders for assembling a CIA hit team that would assassinate President Kennedy in accord with a set of cryptic instructions he received in late 1961 by the MJ-12 Group.
Angleton is also mentioned on the second page of the article that Scott sent me. There it states:
“The civilian scientific has no was (type that should read “way” of reaching 100,000 rpms before the material flies apart, but the government does according to these notes “stolen” from the CIA in 1974 (100s of pages of classified personal notes which the FBI was looking for) by James Jesus Angleton.”
TORAH CODE MATRIX SIGNIFICANCE (FIGURE 1 ABOVE).
The Email from CDR/DR Scott Jones (Figure 2 above) was evaluated by Torah Codes. The Code confirmed (1) that the CIA’s Angleton was involved in spying and that he had Nazi leanings. It suggested that he was involved with war, but although I could find UFO at a special case skip (-1), I had to expand the matrix too much to show that. Odds against the 408-letter matrix without UFO were about 1,592,715 to 1. But when the matrix was expanded to 867 letters to show UFO overall significance against the matrix dropped to about 139,936 to 1. Thus the issue of reality of his involvement with real aliens can only be derived from Figure 2 with respect to whether the equations are truly indicative of how UFOs are powered. The spreadsheet for Figure 1 is as follows:
One final note about these matrices and the use of Angleton’s middle name (Jesus). People sometimes ask me about the Nazarene with that name and what the Code indicates about his life. However, the Code could not do much to confirm what is often said about him due to the very high frequency of the three Hebrew letters needed to show his name. For the 408-letter matrix there was a 99.77% chance that it would be there. On the larger 867-letter matrix this chance increased to a 99.9997% chance. Both are essentially 1, which means that the high letter frequency is so high that the name will essentially be automatically guaranteed to be there, so much so that it has no statistical value on a matrix.
CDR/DR C.B. SCOTT JONES SENT ME THE EMAIL IN QUESTION ON 7/13/2009. WHO WAS HE? Scott was my good friend between 2027 and January 16, 2023 when he passed away at the age of 94. What follows is what I published about him on November 3, 2015 and updated on October 10, 2021.
THE MAN MOST LIKELY TO KNOW THE TRUTH .
One of the men most often mentioned as being at the center of the UFO controversy is Commander Cecil B. (Scott) Jones. Against odds of 6,221, ALIEN MAN appears in a 49-letter matrix with CECIL JONES. MARS (at skip -2) is also in the matrix. Scott and I have discussed the Buzz Aldrin revelation about an alien monolith on Phobos, a moon of Mars. But other than that, the only link between him and Mars, so far as I know, is only in that he has closely followed our Mars research which strongly implies that NASA has been wrong in asserting an atmospheric pressure there as low as 6.1 millibars.
MAN OF MYSTERY
In all my 78 years, the most intriguing person that I have not only met, but also developed a good friendship with was Commander Cecil B. (Scott) Jones. One of the many resumes that I found on-line about him is posted below. Scott was the top aid of Senator Claiborne Pell, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee. While serving in this capacity, Scott had a number of meetings with Chinese and Soviet Government personnel that related to their UFO research. Speculation about Scott was rampant on the Internet, with some people thinking that he was involved in or even behind the UFO cover up, while others bought into his overt efforts to have various governments prepare for an upcoming disclosure of the presence of aliens on Earth. Whatever the truth was, Scott is his nickname, but his first given name was Cecil. At the lowest ELS of CECIL JONES we see on both matrices above that his name is crossed in the open text by ALIEN MAN. The actual Hebrew word for ALIEN can also mean foreigner or stranger. The verse in question (Deuteronomy 17:15) commands Israelites to not set up an ALIEN MAN as our king. Rather we were asked to choose one of our brothers. In the 49 letters on first matrix we find CECIL JONES, ALIEN MAN, and MARS. The matrix must expand to 63 letters to show an ELS of UFO at skip 2. As the biography indicates, Scott had developed an interest in Nibiru. He never convinced me that Nibiru constitutes real threat, if the matrix is expanded considerably, out to 860 letters, NIBIRU appears at skip -1. There is an ELS of UFO at the same skip as CECIL JONES near NIBIRU.

Dr. Jones was founder and president of the Peace and Emergency Action Coalition for Earth. The principal function of P.E.A.C.E. was to oversee the development of the global Center for Sustainable Peace and Development system. Prior to this position he was Special Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell from January 1985 until March 1991. Retiring as a Commander in the U.S. Navy, approximately half of his thirty-year naval career was spent in intelligence service overseas and in the United States. In post-navy careers he has taught at the university level and worked in the private sector research and development community involved in U.S. government sponsored projects for the Defense Nuclear Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, and other organizations.
Intelligence Experience
As Assistant Naval Attaché and Naval Air Attaché to New Delhi, India and Katmandu, Nepal from January 1965 to June 1967, he was involved in intelligence collection and provided intelligence support to defense attachés throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. This tour was followed by assignment to the Naval Scientific and Technical Intelligence Center where, as Head of the Missiles, Ordnance, and Astronautics Division, he directed the production of technical intelligence reports for the Navy and Defense Intelligence Agency at all classification levels. During this period he was Chairman of the Naval Missile Group, an interagency group that supported the Guided Missile and Astronautic Intelligence Committee. As Chief of the Navy’s Intelligence Anti-Ship Missile Task Force, he directed the effort that provided intelligence support for a critical anti-ship missile defense research and development effort. During this time he was a briefer to the President’s Scientific Advisory Committee, and testified before House and Senate committees and sub-committees of the Armed Services on technical naval intelligence.
Other intelligence assignments include three years as Chief of the Targets Development Branch in the Intelligence Directorate of Headquarters, U.S. European Command, and in intelligence related assignment in the National Military Command System Support Center.
Research Experience
Dr. Jones managed the Nuclear Test Personnel Review program under contract to the Defense Nuclear Agency. This program quantified the degree of radiological hazard incurred by Department of Defense personnel involved in atmospheric nuclear testing between 1946 and 1962. Extensive document search and retrieval from a large number of libraries, archives and record centers was involved. The recovered information and technical data was synthesized and converted into histories written for the layperson of each nuclear test operation.
He participated in contracts with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in a project instructing analysts in quantitative methodologies and in development of self-paced learning modules on various methodologies including Event Sequence Network Analysis and Interpretative Structural Modeling. Also for the DIA he was involved in the transfer of advanced quantitative methodological software technology from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to DIA workspaces. For the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command he participated in systems design for increasing ADP support.
Of particular significance for the establishment of the global network of regional Centers for Sustainable Peace and Development, was an assignment as Chief, Procedures Branch, Data Division, National Military Command System Support Center (NMCSSC) February 1961 to August 1963. In this assignment he directed and managed activities concerned with the research, analysis, collection, and evaluation of all operational inputs to NMCSSC systems and with the system design of a computer model for depicting the Status of Forces and the Monitoring of Operational Plans (SOFMOP). Additionally he designed and then developed the database in support of this system. The principal operational plan monitored by SOFMOP was the Single Integrated Operational Plan (SIOP). The SIOP was the U.S. strategic nuclear attack plan against the Soviet Union, the Warsaw Pact, and the Peoples Republic of China. In order to war game the SIOP, he then was assigned to research and build a database of real U.S. target counterparts to the SIOP target database. This database was used in gaming by a Red Single Integrated Operational Plan (RSIOP). The target category list was extensive, e.g., command and control, industries, communications, transportation, military establishments, ports and cities, etc. His final assignment following the success of the SOFMOP system and the RISOP database development was to assist in the design of the Technical Development Plan for the National Military Command System.
In a subsequent assignment, 1970-1972, to the Intelligence Directorate of the U.S. European Command (EUCOM), he was responsible for another complex computer system design. Based upon a target category weighting system he designed, this program selected potential tactical nuclear targets in countries of EUCOM interest, but not covered by NATO’s tactical nuclear war plan. All categories from the Target Data Inventory (TDI) were considered.
A South Asia area specialist, he has traveled extensively throughout the region. His dissertation was, “How the Indian Lok Sabha Handles Defense Matters: An Institutional Study.”
He has led research into applied anomalous phenomena. Networking with the parapsychological community, he has worked throughout the executive branch to address issues of government support for basic parapsychological research, and to consider implications and application of these phenomena.
In 1985, he founded and was president of the Center for Applied Anomalous Phenomena. This non-profit educational and scientific research organization was chartered to conduct research and analysis of anomalous phenomena, their implications and applications. Anomalous phenomena include exceptional human capabilities. This Center was transferred into the Human Potential Foundation.
In 1989, he and Senator Claiborne Pell co-founded the Human Potential Foundation that was involved in a number of research projects. These included a joint research effort with the Chinese Academy of Somatic Science in Beijing, in accelerated bone healing using qi gong; a sponsored symposium conducted by Russian medical scientists on psychoanalytical and psychocorrection computer technologies; a survey of attitudes of medical professionals toward death and the dying process and how these are translated into decisions about treatment of critical and terminal patients; the translation from Chinese of the book: Collected Works on Qi Gong Science.
Under the Center for Interspecies Communications, the Foundation conducted Projects Neptune Helper I and II, dolphin research with Atlantic Bottlenose and Spotted dolphins.
A major two-year program funded by Mr. Laurence Rockefeller began with meetings in the Clinton White House to encourage the administration to review the policy it inherited from previous administrations concerning secrecy about extraterrestrial contact with earth, and change the policy to more openness. The president discovered that he was not cleared for that program. Work with Mr. Rockefeller was completed with an international conference, When Cosmic Cultures Meet, in Washington, D.C. in May 1995. At the conference a wide spectrum of academic disciplines and interests assessed the implications, preparations and responses for the time when there is no ambiguity about the understanding that higher intelligences from cosmic cultures are meeting.
In November 1998, the Human Potential Foundation was dissolved and its principal undertaking, a global peace initiative, transferred to the newly established Peace and Emergency Action Coalition for Earth, Inc.
Teaching Experience
While in Germany on navy assignment, Dr. Jones taught political science in the University of Maryland overseas program at several Army posts from 1970 to 1972. His terminal naval assignment was at the University of Kansas as Associate Professor of Naval Science, 1973 to 1975. During this time he also taught undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Political Science. Retiring from the navy in 1975, he took a fulltime teaching position in political science at Casper College and the University of Wyoming at Casper from 1975 until 1978. In October 2000, he was a guest lecturer in the Peace Studies Program at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO.

Disagreement by Barry S. Roffman: Scott and I have often debated the issue disarmament. Whereas the majority of claims of abduction by aliens seem to involve sexual abuse, torture, or at a minimum memory loss, I believe it would be fatal mistake to disarm our world anytime in the foreseeable future. This doesn’t mean that I’m in favor of business as usual with respect to warfare and killing on Earth. Like all Orthodox Jews, I long for a legitimate Messiah who will end war permanently. Please note the verse going through the name of Cecil Jones. It tells us to not set up an alien as King over us.
A FEW COMMENTS ON THE WHITE PAPER ABOUT SCOTT BY ROBERT DURANT.
Robert Durant wrote a paper entitled WILL THE REAL SCOTT JONES PLEASE STAND UP? This was the first link that I supplied about controversy above. The paper, though dated February 20, 1992, is well worth the time required to read it. One item in particular stood out as I last reread it on March 30, 2011:
Durant wrote that, “Scott rarely puts anything on paper, preferring instead to work behind the scenes, keeping in touch via telephone or personal visit. He attends most conferences of note, and goes to great lengths, in the literal geographical sense, to meet not only researchers but important witnesses…. But unlike so many others in ufology who rush to the typewriter to broadcast their opinions, Scott keeps his own quiet counsel. Thus he provides us all with an uplifting example of humility.” In 2007 I spent two days as his guest in his Texas home. I often strongly challenged him (as with his Nibiru beliefs). But he always remained extremely friendly and open minded. He was, in every way that I have seen, one of the most humble men that I have ever met.

UPDATE ON SCOTT FOR OCTOBER 10, 2021. It’s been over a year since I spoke to Scott last. Yesterday 90 people read this article or at least the 2015 version of it. Today there were at least 22 more hits so I called him to see if he is still alive. He is indeed, but his memory is in very bad shape (as is his hearing). What I heard today that’s important to know is that:
(1) Scott’s papers are open to the public at the University of Colorado.
(2) He still claims to be in communication with aliens, but despite promises heard from them they never fulfill their promises to restore memories of when they abducted him.
CONCLUSION: The pages that Scott sent me in 2009, which were lost until I found them again on January 5, 2026, have a source that must be taken seriously. This means that the connection between Angleton, a man accused of ordering the assassination of President Kennedy, and UFOs is more likely to be real. The final two pages of Scott’s email to me are found below.
SUPERCONDUCTORS AND ANTIGRAVITY. There are a number of articles available online that link rotating superconductors to UFO propulsion and even time travel. What I offer below includes what is on my website that relates to these matters.
Notably absent in Nick Cook’s description above is any reference to rotating superconductors and ceramics such as will be discussed below under Eugene Podkletnov where we find that weight loss occurs at 5,000 rpm (page 231), levitation at 15,000 – 20,000 rpm, and (nondescript) “interesting results” from 25,000 – 50,000 rpm (page 236). Professor In-Gann Chen has put out an excellent short video that includes footage of a rotating, levitating superconductor. Curiously (as is seen in the latest film version of H. G. Well’s novel, The Time Machine) Hollywood has apparently caught on to this concept. Of note here, John Hutchison, who worked on anti-gravity, later went into the science fiction film business.
THE MATH ON THE EMAIL IN QUESTION.
This is where the rubber will reach the road in judging the validity of the email on Figure 2. Unfortunately what I received is a 3-page extract from a larger document, and the full mathematical skills needed to properly evaluate all the math here is not only beyond me, but even tricky for my son, David, who earned a Ph. D. in physics in 2016. So what can I offer here? I can focus on terms or parts of the equations shown, define them, and see if they make sense or are mere gibberish. In science progress is often made by combining the skills of multiple people. Einstein (mentioned in the email) could tell us E=MC2, but it took a team of scientists to turn that into the atomic bomb. So too here. I have shown who Angleton was and that the email was sent to me by a man who was extremely well qualified to be involved in this project.
Having said all this, let’s look at terms on the email. They are:
cooper pairs. In condensed matter physics, a Cooper pair or BCS pair (Bardeen–Cooper–Schrieffer pair) is a pair of electrons (or other fermions) bound together at low temperatures in a certain manner first described in 1956 by American physicist Leon Cooper.[1] The Cooper pairing of electrons in certain materials at low temperatures is responsible for the phenomenon of superconductivity.
Q*type of field. To understand Q-type fields in physics, consider the following key points:
- Q-type fields are associated with quantum field theories, focusing on the behavior of particles at quantum levels.
- They incorporate concepts from both quantum mechanics and special relativity.
- Q-type fields can describe fundamental forces, such as electromagnetism and weak interactions.
- These fields are quantized, meaning they exist in discrete energy levels.
- They play a crucial role in the Standard Model of particle physics, which explains how particles interact.
- Understanding Q-type fields helps in exploring advanced topics like quantum entanglement and field interactions.
Superconductivity is a set of physical properties observed in superconductors: materials where electrical resistance vanishes and magnetic fields are expelled from the material. Unlike an ordinary metallic conductor, whose resistance decreases gradually as its temperature is lowered, even down to near absolute zero, a superconductor has a characteristic critical temperature below which the resistance drops abruptly to zero.[1][2] An electric current through a loop of superconducting wire can persist indefinitely with no power source.[3][4][5][6]
Spinning superconductor. In Spinning Superconductors and Ferromagnets by J.E. Hirsch∗ Department of Physics, University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, CA wrote “When a magnetic field is applied to a ferromagnetic body it starts to spin (Einstein-de Haas effect). This demonstrates the intimate connection between the electron’s magnetic moment µB e~{2mec, associated with its spin angular momentum S ~{2, and ferromagnetism. When a magnetic field is applied to a superconducting body it also starts to spin (gyromagnetic effect), and when a normal metal in a magnetic field becomes superconducting and expels the magnetic field (Meissner effect) the body also starts to spin. Yet according to the conventional theory of superconductivity the electron’s spin only role is to label states, and the electron’s magnetic moment plays no role in superconductivity. Instead, within the unconventional theory of hole superconductivity, the electron’s spin and associated magnetic moment play a fundamental role in superconductivity. Just like in ferromagnets the magnetization of superconductors is predicted to result from an aggregation of magnetic moments with angular momenta ~{2. This gives rise to a “Spin Meissner effect”, the existence of a spin current in the ground state of superconductors. The theory explains how a superconducting body starts spinning when it expels magnetic fields, which we argue is not explained by the conventional theory, it provides a dynamical explanation for the Meissner effect, which we argue the conventional theory cannot do, and it explains how supercurrents stop without dissipation, which we argue the conventional theory fails to explain. Essential elements of the theory of hole superconductivity are that superconductivity is driven by lowering of kinetic energy, which we have also proposed is true for ferromagnets], that the normal state charge carriers in superconducting materials are holes, and that the spin-orbit interaction plays a key role in superconductivity. The theory is proposed to apply to all superconductors.”

LPlanc. The Planck constant, or Planck’s constant, denoted by h
Hamiltonian.
- The Hamiltonian is a function that describes the total energy of a system.
- It is typically expressed in terms of generalized coordinates and momenta.
- The Hamiltonian formulation is an alternative to Newtonian and Lagrangian mechanics.
- It is used to derive equations of motion through Hamilton’s equations.
- The Hamiltonian is crucial in quantum mechanics, representing the energy operator.
- It helps in analyzing complex systems and is foundational in statistical mechanics.
Intrinsic gravitational cosmological constant. In cosmology, the cosmological constant (usually denoted by the Greek capital letter lambda: Λ), alternatively called Einstein’s cosmological constant, is a coefficient that Albert Einstein initially added to his field equations of general relativity. He later removed it; however, much later it was revived to express the energy density of space, or vacuum energy, that arises in quantum mechanics. It is closely associated with the concept of dark energy.[1]
Lamda.
- Lambda (λ) typically represents wavelength in wave physics.
- It is the distance between successive crests or troughs of a wave.
- In the electromagnetic spectrum, lambda is crucial for defining light properties.
- The relationship between wavelength, frequency, and speed of light is given by the equation: ( c = f \cdot λ ).
- In quantum mechanics, lambda can also denote decay constants in radioactive decay.
- In thermodynamics, it may refer to the thermal conductivity of materials.
Capacitor. A capacitor is a device that stores electrical energy by accumulating electric charges on two closely spaced surfaces that are insulated from each other. It is a passive electronic component with two terminals. A capacitor was originally known as a condenser,[1] a term still encountered in a few compound names, such as the condenser microphone.
EfD book. Mentioned in the email as a key to antigravity.
Toroidal disc.
- A toroidal disc is a three-dimensional shape resembling a doughnut or ring.
- It is generated by rotating a circular disc around an axis that is coplanar with the disc but does not intersect it.
- The shape has a central hole, distinguishing it from a solid disc.
- It is commonly used in mathematics and physics to study properties of surfaces and topology.
- Applications include magnetic fields in toroidal coils and fluid dynamics in toroidal vortices.
- The geometry of a toroidal disc can be described using parameters like major and minor radii.
Superconductor XYZ. XYZ is not defined, however based on a book that I have written about before, I will guess that it may refer to multi-layered bismuth-magnesium-zinc. The book that I refer to is Gravitational Manipulation of Domed Craft, UFO Propulsion Dynamics (2008) by Paul Potter. I have written about this book and communicated with “Potter” before. I came away with the impression that Potter is just a pen-name. Warning: Potter writes with run-on sentences.
I would guess that XYZ was used by Angleton to stand for what was classified: bismuth-magnesium-zinc. A relevant quote taken from page 402 of Potter’s book state states: “It may be worth mentioning here that I have seen elsewhere, in other UFOs, that the extraterrestrials use gravitational forces to polarize the atoms in the materials they use. One instance comes to mind is their use of multi-layered bismuth-magnesium-zinc (in the Andreasson and the Rowell UFOs), because what the ETs tend to do is utilize a high-mass substance, like lead or bismuth, and use it to transmit gravitational influence from their quasi-black hole more directly through those substances to other parts of those craft (more directly than it would be otherwise radiated). Whereby, in such cases, a high-mass material is used around a gravitational source specifically because the more-massive nucleon clusters in that material’s atoms will be affected more by that localized gravitational source than the atom’s less-massive electrons, so that as the atoms become unbalanced, or in other words, electrically polarized, that electrical influence can be transmitted through to other areas of the craft, much in the same way we transmit electrical charges through plasmonic oscillation (as I explain in more detail throughout chapter 5 and 6. What also happens with gravitational polarization is that the atom’s structure becomes physically deformed because the electron shells become biased over to one side of the atom (i.e. the atom takes on a pear-shape).

It cites Einstein himself. If the email is indeed true, it means that the CIA played a major (causative) role in the assassination of President Kennedy. As is apparent throughout my latest book, I believe that leading members of the Democratic Party are, in fact, shape-shifting reptilian aliens. Ditto for Putin, the Chinese Government and the Australian Government, though these suspicions are backed only by a combination of Torah Code Matrices (not admissible as evidence in court) and statistics. The only way to be sure if these suspicions are really merited is to obtain DNA samples from those suspected. If there are white-hatted CIA or other U.S. intelligence officers who are reading this, that would be my suggestion to them. Know your enemy. Get the samples needed to address this issue.
