This article looks at the rioting taking place in Minneapolis during the month of January, 2026.
Figure 1 above: A transliteration of MINNEAPOLIS is at the same skip as FRAUD. Governor WALZ is one at one skip above MINNEAPOLIS. He is accused of facilitating up to 9 billion dollars worth of fraud. His words and actions encourage fellow lunatics to throw STONES at and drive cars into law enforcement personnel. Further, his actions help to push people in America toward a civil WAR. This gives joy to the CHINESE government who, like WALZ, either are or serve reptilian alien purposes (however, because the link to China is not yet formally established, it was not included in the odds calculation). If we don’t count Minneapolis, the matrix was found against odds of about 10,982,553 to 1. But there was only about 1 chance in 2.5 that we would find even one ELS of Minneapolis in Torah. Using the R factor value for this name indicated on Codefinder, the overall odds against finding this matrix are about 28,294,585 to 1. The matrix is highly significant.
OTHER CALCULATION PROCEDURES. For MINNEAPOLIS I used a 9-letter transliteration. There was no ELS of the 10-letter spelling, but for the S at the end it is standard to use a shin/sin rather than the samech. For the I next to the last letter of Minneapolis I use an implied vowel mark of hireq. Such marks are not found in a hand-written Torah, but are shown in a Chumash version of the text. For Codes purposes, this is a standard procedure when spelling modern names that are not found in ancient texts. This is especially true for the S sound.
For WAR I used the frequency of the single word for it, and the phrase shown (ALL WHO GO OUT TO WAR). Two synonyms were checked for ENEMY and the combined frequency was used. For FRAUD the term used was very high frequency if I used a skip +/- 1 – so high that I never accept this term at +/- 1, insisting that only the absolute skip of the axis term be used (here 30,747).
GUN was not at a special case skip. It was one off that skip but ran through and shared a letter bet with STONE THEM WITH STONES. No extra value was assigned to this match.
It took me about 15 minutes to find the man terms on the Figure 1 matrix. Once you understand the Mind of the Author, this is typical but you have to be willing to substitute a shin/sin rather than a samech for S sounds and a tav for a tet for T sounds. Likewise where there is a K either Kaf or Chaf will work. This is similar to English for Kathy (my wife’s name) which can can also be spelling Cathy. From what I have observed over 28 years of research, the Author was very much aware of Modern English when forced to use transliterations. This again backs the idea that the Author either exists out of spacetime or has time travel capabilities.
Overall, this matrix is evidence that we are probably headed for a civil war, or an interplanetary war between humans and reptilians. As is shown on Figure 2, both Governor (Tampon) TIM WALZ and Minneapolis Mayor JACOB FREY are encoded as being REPTILIANS.

That the people of the state can riot for at least three weeks is evidence that this state is out of control. At last check the estimate is that the Democrat leaders are accused of fraud that has cost this country at least 19 billion dollars. They seem determined to lead us into a civil WAR. WALZ is at skip +1, so is JACOB. The axis term is FREY (is) REPTILIAN. It touches UFO. ALIENS is at one skip more than FREY (is) REPTILIAN. The most significant a priori term is WALZ. Odds against it appearing on the matrix were about 76 to 1. Odds against the entire matrix existing are about 6,256 to 1. Although the problems for Walz and Frey started with an investigation into accusations of billions of dollars stolen via fraud, and although FRAUD is on the matrix at skip -1 in a position sharing a letter resh with ALIENS and touching FREY (is) REPTILIAN, FRAUD is not included on the spreadsheet calculation for odds. This particular finding of FRAUD is formed by SAID at skip -1. Other synonyms for FRAUD would be accepted at any of special case skips +/- 1 and +/- 35,182, but with this word I never accept skip +/ 1. I only accept it at skips +/- 35,182. It must be remembered that the primary purpose for my research has always been to provided aid to U.S. and allied defense intelligence agencies. To accept questionable findings without providing the necessary caveats is to facilitate aid to our enemies that would result from me damaging my reputation. Having said that, the position of FRAUD in the position shown is consistent with the warning put out by the Encoder. Military intelligence analysts are now aware of it, but there are many of findings of this term in the area of the axis term. In fact, this word is so high frequency that it exists 768 times in Torah at skip +/- 1.
