This article under construction. There are times when the world news presents an abundance of people to investigate via the Codes, and times when there seems to be a shortfall of hot topics. This last week has been relatively quiet. My readership has been high, but if I don’t publish something new every 3 or 4 days, it falls. This article shows how I develop a new matrix during quite times.
Figure 1 above: Normally I base a new axis term around the name of someone in the news. The ideal length of an axis term is 8 letters. Typically 5 letters are used for the last name and 3 letters in sequence with the 5 are used for the first name, but all 8 could be used just for the last name or there might be a 1-letter abbreviation for the first name and the 6 or more letters for the last name. I never use less than 6 letters for an axis term and rarely find more than 9 letters (I think I never find more than 10 letters). If a name has 3 or more rare letters I generally will not find it. In such times I often shift from a name to action terms or words. Figure 1 is typical. I want to see something new about UFOs, so UFO (ayin bet mem) is shown first, and it’s followed by a 5-letter word for INFILTRATOR. Since there are two Presidents that are suspected by me (and encoded) as being Reptilian infiltrators – Obama and Biden, I need to find one of them on the matrix. OBAMA came up at skip +2 and it touched UFO INFILTRATOR. Even better, at skip -1 I found BARACK H (H for Hussein).

Terms on the matrix:
UFO INFILTRATOR. This axis term has an R factor of 0.539. On a Ti-30Xa calculator if I enter that number and hit second function followed by LOG, I see 3.459393778 which are the odds against finding UFO INFILTRATOR at least once in the Torah Code.
OBAMA: The name is at skip +2 which is not a special case skip. Using the Roffman Skip Formula and Skip Table for a 5-letter word, the skip range searched is +2 to +99 letters. The expected skip frequency is 111 times on a matrix with an area of 357 letters. As is shown in cell H12 of the spreadsheet above, the expected frequency against finding this name is 8.2 to 1. Again, it was mandatory that I find Obama or Biden. I will add those matrices to this article later because they are both encoded in sequence with Reptilian.
BARACK H. Barack is a high frequency, low significance name. It is much better to have it followed by an H (hey) for Hussein, as is the case here. As is shown on cell H9, after following my standard protocol for a special case skip not at skip +1, I used the frequency of the term at skip +/-1 and +/- the skip of the axis term. As such the frequency is 75 and the odds against finding this term are about 11.89 to 1.
ENEMY. The infiltrator is THE ENEMY, Two synonyms were checked. Each was found 11 times so the total frequency was 22. As is shown in cell H7 odds against finding this term are about 39.3 to 1.
ARMY/MILITARY. Some of the infiltrators are in our military. One such creature was General Mark Milley who is discussed in my book. He was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Once he sent me a mysterious email that was nothing more than a word for word repetition of the Abstract for our report Mars Correct: Critique of All NASA Mars Weather Data. Because there were no comments, I assume that this was his way of telling me that he (and the White House) was aware of what my son (Dr. David Roffman, PhD in physics) and I had made public in our 1,200-page report.
REICH. The infiltrators are at the top of our government. They are Nazis who form the backbone of the 4th Reich. This word is at the skip of the axis term. Using skips of +/- 1 and+/- 46,506 the frequency of this word was 40 and as is shown in cell H8 the odds against it appearing on the matrix are about 21.8 to 1.
SKY. These infiltrators arrived by UFO from the SKY. The word for it also can mean HEAVEN. It is found in the open text 102 times in the Torah, and is on the matrix against odds of about 8.8 to 1.
PLEIADES. This star system is shown on the flags of both NASA an U.S. Space Force. Both have maps to inhabited constellations. They also show Alpha Draconis (largely a reptilian home), and some (Betelgeuse exploding) or all of Orion where a Gray world was once destroyed by reptilians. As I discuss in my book, I was once friends (for 11 years) with a woman who for much of the last year claimed to be from the Pleiades. The friendship ended when she told stories of her interactions that sounded more reptilian than Pleiadian, including witnessing (but not trying to stop) children that were hybrids of humans and grays. The were panicking because they were about to be eaten alive by reptilians who thought the children tasted better when panic caused extra release adrenalin. This term is not at a special case skip. As such it had about a 79.3% chance to be found on the matrix.
