Reptilian Roffman Relative May 12, 2026

This article is under construction. I frequently get hit with a fair question. Have I ever found a matrix where the subject of a match with reptilian is a republican? While I would imagine that such matrices are out there waiting to be found because there are surely republicans who vote against the Trump agenda, I have not yet found one that has to do with an elected official. The only party of all U.S. found so far is Democrat. But before you laugh and say that I am biased, I have found worse. As is shown on Figure 1 below, I have found a short transliteration of my own last name in sequence with reptilian, and I am a human republican and very much a backer of President Trump. So how do I explain it?

COUSIN 2

The answer to the question above leads to why I should be chosen by President Trump to head his UFO disclosure program.  I know how to use statistics and the Code to answer most or all questions pertaining to national  security.  Here we start with the reason for the search above. I looked for ROFFMAN REPTILIAN because I have a first cousin with the same last name as me. I have seen and heard evidence suggesting that he  is a  collaborator with the reptilian cause.

I am blanking out one letter of his name on the matrix because, until we had a split over both President Trump and UFOs, he was my favorite relative. We grew up on the same street in Philadelphia. When I was a child, he taught me how to ride a bike,  how to play chess and how to take buses and the subway to go to the Franklin Institute on Sundays. When I grew up I went to numerous bar mitzvahs and weddings for his many kids. We both had a love for astronomy. As the years passed he was my mentor for all my scientific research. It was only when my own youngest son started his Mars research that I started to pass what my cousin knew. But it was in writing a 1,200 page report entitled Mars Correct: Critique of All NASA Mars Weather Data, and another report about primitive life on Mars that we started to drift apart. When we discussed the possibility that aliens were visiting Earth, he insisted that it was impossible because the star  systems they allegedly came from were too far away.

Then on December 24, 1997 there  came a fatal night for our relationship. I was at his father’s apartment in Hallandale, Florida when I met a distant cousin who worked for NASA as a test launch director (Stan Gross) at the Kennedy Space Center. After discussing what it would take for my oldest son to become an astronaut, I asked him about what he thought of claims that an alien spacecraft crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. To my surprise, Stan said, “It happened.” I asked how he  knew. He replied that he saw it. I asked him why, and he said, “I had a need to know.” At this point I left the kitchen to fetch my oldest son and my first cousin to come into the kitchen before Stan continued. They complied and Stan told them what he told me before. He said he had a need to know because sometimes when UFOs showed up close to a manned space launch NASA did not know the intensions of the aliens. So sometimes NASA was forced to cancel a launch with the excuse that the weather was bad downrange at an emergency landing site.

I asked Stan when he saw the Roswell craft and he said, “1964”

I asked him where he saw it, but Stan said it was too classified to tell me.

I then asked him if he ever told his wife about it, and he said, “No. I did not want to upset her.”

Stan was sked if the aliens were friendly or hostile. He replied that, “You don’t know what your neighbor is thinking.” I had a neighbor one time in Hypoluxo, FL who was friendly to us and we acted that way toward him. But we caught him on a tree looking in to see if my wife was undressed, and he went through the garbage looking for receipts that had our credit card numbers. We asked the management to evict him. Eventually he was arrested for stealing a boat motor. Neither of us ever fought, or knew what the other was thinking. So it was or is with aliens who work with or for government agencies here and abroad.

Stan said our government has an ongoing relationship with the aliens.

About two weeks after I met Stan, I was so troubled by what I heard that I called my Uncle to ask him if Stan was OK or playing with a warped deck (i.e., was he sane or crazy). My uncle wanted to know why I asked, so I told him what Stan said. I was 50 years old at that point. Until that night, I had never heard him curse. But his response was, “You’re a Goddam liar!” I said I had two witnesses, my son and his son. I asked him to call his son to see if I was lying.

He called  me back in a ten minutes, and said, “Listen to me. You heard nothing. And if you think you heard something you may wind up dead.” He would not talk to me after that until I turned 60 in 2007.

I called my cousin that night back in 1997 and asked him what he heard. He said, “I heard nothing and if I  heard it, I’m going to forget that I heard it.” I don’t know if my uncle called my oldest son who earned a B.S. in geophyics back around that  time. He was in Air Force ROTC with a Type 1 scholarship to M.I.T.  But our relationship basically came to an end within two weeks of the meeting with Stan. The last I heard he had eight children. one of them contacted me about 4 or 5 years ago, but I have not heard from my other grandchildren. As for my oldest son, he went into the Air Force as a chaplain, an Orthodox rabbi. He rejected all science.

I last heard from my uncle in 2007. I had just retired from the Coast Guard. Back then I had jrecently taken my wife and youngest son (David) for a trip around the world. We visited my uncle not long before he died.  When I last saw him I brought a photo album showing a recent trip around the world, and the my uncle brought out his own album. I thought I was going to be shown pictures of my aunt and uncle as well as pictures of his brother (my father)  and my mother. Instead I was only shown one thing – Preceedings for the Society of Nondestructive Testing in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan, March, 1960. The people there from many nations all made their living by taking apart enemy technology like a crashed Russian Mig figher jet or a radar. But, he stressed, there were three Russians and one Pole there at the  height of the Cold War. I was then told that that our terrestrial enemies were included because we had a common enemy – aliens. We were working with our terrestrial enemies to try to understand and back engineer the technology of our extraterrestial enemies.

My book is dedictated to my uncle. He gave me what I needed to start my research. He is shown on the top of all of my website articles. But his son apparently was not willing to  violate a non disclosure agreement that he signed. Instead, based on the matrix in Figure 1 above, he served the reptilian cause, or was programmed to do so. I tried to bring him out of his fog after President Trump began to show us the truth about UFOs, but my cousin was furious that my book is dedicated to his father. He did not undertand that if I help save the world, it will be to a great extent because his father gave me my marching orders to find and get out the truth. His father was a true hero for doing what he did shortly before he died.

I tell you this because if President Trump is going to go through with disclosure there will be many  people who are not only shocked to learn about major politicians, but also people who are shocked to learn that they or their relatives may have been abducted and programmed. This has to be planned for with rewards for those who were programmed receiving chances and possibly rewards for those who can be brought back from what looks like insanity or treason. Those who militantly resist are likely to be the true reptilians. In my cousin’s case, because I grew up with him I know that he was not a  reptilian and should be xrayed to see if they have an extra rib as Craig Ebrahimi claims to have. The lesson here is  that  it is not enough to have a name in sequence with reptilian. We must examine what else is on a matrix. By my standard protocal, Figure 1 would not not normally be shown because there is only one, short a priori term at a special case skip (-1), UFO at the same absolute skip as the axis term. I will soon post a spreadsheet to analyze the odds against this matrix in accordance with my normal protocal, and in accordance with the fact that COUSIN touches my cousin’s name in the way that it does.

STATISICAL ANALYSIS OF FIGURE 1 VIA THE STANDARD ROFFMAN PROTOCAL.

Whenever the axis terrm is 8 letters or longer, and it includes at least one relatively rare letter in Hebrew, I use R (Rotenberg) factors to determine how likely is was to find at least one encoding of the term in wrapped Torah where the Codefinder makes one or more passes through the 304,805 letters of Torah. The axis term in Figure 1 (ROFFMAN REPTILIAN) has 8 letters and it as a rare letter zayin. Of the 304,805 letters in Torah there are just 2,198 zayins. The R factor for each word on a matrix is given on the Codefinder software report. For the axis term ROFFMAN REPTILIAN the R factor is 0.495. Note, on my old Israeli visa the Government of Israel spelled my last name with 5 letters, not four. At some time in the past I rember seeing a Hebrew document with my cousin’s Hebrew name on it. It or he was spelling his name as RESH FEH MEM NUN whereas I I look for myself in the Code I use RESH VAV FEH MEM NUN. My last name can be spelled in with 4 to 7 letters.  The longest (hardest to find) ELS is RESH VAV FEH FEH MEM ALEF NUN,  but double consanents are rarely used in Hebrew.  An exception is for the name Issakar which has a double letter shin.

The R factor 0.495 must be converted to a probability. To do this on a simple IT-30Xa calculator, enter 0.495, then hit 2nd function and LOG.  You will see 3.126979367 pop up. This means that using wrapped Torah with more than 1 computer pass through Torah allowed, there is about one chance in 3.126979367 that at least one occurence of ROFFMAN REPTILIAN will be found. This number is entered into the H column on my  spreadsheet for the matrix.

Next I look for the frequency expected for the a priori terms (those sought before runniing the experiment. On Figure 1 these terms are UFO, COUSIN, and my cousin’s name. UFO is at a special case skip equal to +/- N where N = the absolute skip of the axis term and +/- 1. Neither COUSIN nor mmy cousin;s first name are at special case skips. If one pf them were at skip +1 (or open text) I would use a frequency in Torah equal to how many times the word appeared at skip +1 in a single computer pass through the 304,805 letters of Torah. So, if COUSIN was found at skip +1, then Codefinder says the spelling used on the matrix is found just once at that skip. That would be a very significant find, but alas the skip found is not +1 which means I must next use skips +/- 1 and +/- 121,918 just to get a sense of how likely it is to find COUSIN at a special case skip. The relevant frequencies are 1 for skip +1, 0 for skip -1,  1 for skip +121,918 and 0 for skip -121,918. The total is 2 which would then be placed in column H of the spreadsheet but this number will not be placed there because COUSIN was not found a special case skip. Instead, we must use the number derived via the Roffman Skip Formula and Roffman Skip table for words that are four letters in length.

Let’s review the Roffman Skip Formula and accompanying spreadsheet used to do the probability calculation.

ROFFMAN SKIP FORMULA:

The number of ways that a term (either forwards, backwards, or diagonal) can fit into a matrix is determined as follows:

(1) Let the number of skips possible in a forward direction on a row of length (r), where r = the number of columns in the matrix, be equal to “Sr.”

(2) Likewise, let the number of skips possible in a vertical direction on a column of length (c), where c = the number of rows in the matrix, be equal to “Sc.”

(3) The Roffman Skip Formula for total skips is as follows:

Skips = 2(Sr + Sc + 2[Sr][Sc]) = 2Sr + 2Sc + 4SrSc.

Where do we find values for Sc or Sr? Use the following ROFFMAN SKIP TABLES found on my website and in my Ark Code book. As an example, for 8-letter axis terms use the table below

8 LETTER AXIS TERMS

We apply the Poisson Equation to see the probability that they are present at least once. This is necessary to determine the true probability for each word. Just because a word is likely to appear once per plot does not imply it will always be there. Words may average out to many times per plot area without actually being in a given plot of that area. Of course, if the expected frequency is sufficiently high, we eventually reach a probability like 0.9999999, which we simply round off as 1.0.

HOW TO FIND THE CHANCE OF A TERM APPEARING AT LEAST ONCE:

  1. FIND THE PROBABILITY IT DOES NOT OCCUR BY THE POISSON EQUATION. x (-lambda)

f(x) = Lambda e x = 0; lambda = expected frequency per matrix x!

  1. 1 – f(0) = THE PROBABILITY OF OCCURRING AT LEAST ONCE. (where f(0) = the probability it will not occur)

On an Excel or Works spreadsheet, place head columns as follows:

A: Whatever identifies the calculation;

B: Skips Used on the Matrix;

C: Number of hits (on CodeFinder or similar software) in Skip Range;

D: Divide by 304,805 Letters in Torah or Control;

E: The Quotient Equals Frequency Per letter;

F: E Quotient Multiplied by Letters on Matrix = Word Expectancy;

G: Poisson Equation = 1-EXP(-F#) where # equals the row number of the item in Column F in question on the spreadsheet. If you want to know the chance for the item to be on the matrix, head to Column H accordingly. The value of Column H will be the reciprocal of the value found in Column G by the Poisson Equation.

WHAT THE EXCEL SPREADSHEET SHOWS ABOUT FIGURE 1 ODDS WITH STANDARD ASSUMPTIONS. Total odds against this matrix are about 576 to 1. In this calculation the most significant term is COUSIN. Odds agaianst it were about 13.78 to 1. Although my cousin’s first name had the same number of letters and the same skip as COUSIN, odds against finding it anywhere on the matrix were better than even (about a 62.5% chance that it would be there).

ROFFMAN REPTILIAN STANDARD ODDSThe odds above are not very special. The only reason that I showed this  matrix was because it demonstrates that I am not afraid to ask the Code about Anyone. The 4-letter spelling of Roffman is one that I normally don’t use. An Israeli document showing my son’s 5-letter spelling of our last name is here:

david

While I remember seeing a document that showed the 4-letter spelling for my cousin, I don’t have a copy of it and I’m not sure of what the document was. I just remember that I was very surprised by it (probably 20+ years ago when I was not too far along in my Codes research).  Perhaps my cousin signed as a witness for my first marriage, but I don’t have  a copy of  it any more. That marriage was in 1970, now 56 years ago.

The real reason that I am publishing this matrix is that it has a pattern of interest that I have rarely seen before. The way each letter of COUSIN touches each letter of my cousin’s name leaps out of the matrix when I look at it.  So what I need to do here is modify the speadsheet shown above. Instead of searching for skips -121,927 to -121,078 of my cousin’s first name (as dictated by the Roffman Skip Formula) we simply look for the name at the same skip as COUSIN. While the number of hits for his name as found in skips -121,927 to 122,078 was 1,291, when we limit the hits to what is found only to skip -121,927 it’s just 7.

The modified spreadsheet looks as follows:

COUSIN ODDS 3

As expected, when we start to focus on the odds that my cousin’s name is at the same skip as COUSIN, odds shoot up from 576 to 1 to 67,901 to 1. The real odds are more significant than this because the matrix could have COUSIN and his name just at the same skip without the two words touching at all. However here all four letters of each term touch a letter of the other term. We are looking at a serious bit of communication from the Author  (God) to me and all my readers. I will not say more for now, but it appears that this message was also heard by the Fan that I would most like to serve.
